Ghost Mantis ( Phyllocrania paradoxa )
The ghost mantis is a small, camouflaged praying mantis that looks like a dead leaf. It is usually brown or grey and has a thin, leaf-like body. This excellent camouflage helps it hide from predators and sneak up on prey such as insects.

Tank: Use a tall, well-ventilated enclosure with plenty of space to climb.
Temperature: Around 20–26°C is suitable.
Humidity: Keep humidity moderate, around 50–70%, with light misting.
Food: Feed live insects such as fruit flies, small flies, or appropriately sized crickets.
Water: Mist the enclosure lightly so the mantis can drink droplets from the surfaces.
Climbing: Add twigs and plants so it has places to climb and hang while moulting.
Handling: Handle gently and avoid disturbing it when it is moulting.
Cleaning: Remove uneaten prey and waste regularly, but avoid completely stripping the enclosure.
